FabSkyShades - Summer 2025 Offer T&Cs
This FabSkyShades 2025 Limited Launch Offer (the “Offer”) is provided by Fab Shutters & Blinds (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in this Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Offer Period: This Offer is valid until May 31st, 2025 inclusive. Any consultations booked or quotes requested after this date will not be eligible for the discount.
Eligibility: This Offer is exclusively available to customers whose postcode falls within the Essex area in the United Kingdom. Proof of address may be required.
Product Eligibility: The 10% extra discount applies only to purchases of the FabSkyShades 2025 motorised roof lantern blinds. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated by us in writing.
Availability: This Offer is subject to availability of the FabSkyShades 2025 product. We reserve the right to end the Offer early if stocks are exhausted.
Consultation Requirement: To be eligible for the discount, customers must book and complete a free consultation with one of our surveyors during the Offer Period.
Quote Validity: The 10% extra discount will be applied to the final quoted price provided following the consultation. This quoted price will be valid for a period as stated in the quotation document, but the Offer discount will only be honoured for orders placed before the Offer Period ends (May 31st, 2025).
No Cash Alternative: The discount is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Right to Amend or Withdraw: We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
Our Decision is Final: In the event of any dispute regarding the Offer, our decision shall be final and binding.
General Terms and Conditions: Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases of FabSkyShades 2025. These Offer-specific terms and conditions are supplementary to our standard terms and conditions.
